At Robinson’s Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer concierge team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure the Packaging

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton along with all original certifications, appraisals, and documentation.

  Ship Your Item

  Affix the provided insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition and authenticity, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
